An obligation every employer must meet. A market no one has equipped yet.

From the first employee, in the United States as in France, the employer must assess workplace risks and keep proof of it. Millions of businesses still do it with a spreadsheet. Duopp built the mobile and AI platform that replaces the binder — once, for two regulatory regimes.

The thesis

Four convictions.

01

A huge market, dated competition

Risk prevention concerns every business, in every sector. Facing it: traditional solutions that stayed on paper and spreadsheets. The field is open for a technology player.

02

Mobile plus AI, a fundamentally different approach

Mobile-first gives a voice to the people who see the hazard: field teams. AI turns their observations into rigorous assessments and concrete actions.

03

A real societal problem

Workplace accidents and occupational illnesses are rising year after year. Visible prevention protects employees and becomes a lever for morale, engagement and retention.

04

A hidden reservoir of value

Lower premiums, reduced absenteeism, efficiency gains, avoided penalties: added up, these benefits make safety one of the highest-return investments a company can make.

The market

Two countries, the same incident rate that will not fall.

The figures below come from official bodies. They describe a cost that companies already pay — and that prevention reduces.

The model

Subscription, free entry, per-user pricing.

Both products follow the same price grid: a free plan to start without a purchase order, a subscription at €9.99 per month excl. VAT ($9.99 in the United States) for up to five users, then 1.99 per additional user. Industry accelerators are included in paid plans; large organizations move to an enterprise offering with SSO, integrations and support.

The marginal cost of a second market is low: the platform — iOS and Android apps, web console, AI agent, infrastructure — is shared. What changes from one country to the next sits in a regulatory layer: texts, thresholds, forms, vocabulary. That is what we learned building iDuerp and then OSHAid, and it is what makes a third regime conceivable.

The company was founded in 2025 and runs two brands in production. For traction, usage metrics and investment opportunities, we share our deck on request.

The founding team

Where technology meets the field.

Duopp was born from two complementary kinds of expertise: an entrepreneur who carried an employer’s legal responsibility for thirty years, and a software architect who built the platform.

Portrait of Jean-Christophe Paturel

Jean-Christophe Paturel

Co-founder · Field, trade and market

More than thirty years in milling and artisan baking — in turn an employee, a sales director and the owner of eight bakeries. He knows the realities of very small and small businesses firsthand: managing teams in the field, facing everyday physical risks and carrying an employer’s legal responsibility. He makes sure every feature answers a real need.

Portrait of Denis Zysman

Denis Zysman

Co-founder · Technology and product

Architect of the iDuerp and OSHAid platform. Founder of Zysco, the studio behind more than thirty apps published on the App Store, several of them featured by Apple. This rare pairing — an expert who can build a cutting-edge platform and a field entrepreneur who checks how it is used — is what sets Duopp apart.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from investors.

Short answers here; the deck and a conversation with the founders for the rest.

What is the business model?
A monthly or annual subscription billed per user, with a free entry plan and an enterprise offering for multi-site organizations. Both brands use the same pricing grid.
Why two brands rather than one?
Because the two markets have different regulations, vocabulary and buyers, but the same underlying need. The platform is shared; only a regulatory layer changes from one country to the next, which keeps the marginal cost of an additional market low.
Who are the founders?
Jean-Christophe Paturel, thirty years in artisan bakery and owner of eight bakeries, and Denis Zysman, architect of the platform and founder of the Zysco studio. A field entrepreneur who has carried an employer’s legal responsibility, and a technology expert.
